Last I checked TactikalTemplar dehumanized Hololive vtubers actors who played fictional characters Mori Calliope and Gigi Murin as Satanic favoritism even though they were having fun joking around in a not so serious manner. Satire humor. 

TactikalTemplar slandered Apricot Froot by using his larger audience viwers to spread assumptions Apricot Froot got Pikamee harassed which left Apricot Froot haunted by TactikalTemplars instigation of it on Twitter. TactikalTemplar makes many videos the most about Apricot Froot keep that in mind how bothersome that means. 

Piper_O_Belfast debunks TactikalTemplar's claim Apricot Froot harassed Pikamee. Knowing TactikalTemplar he'll likely dismiss it.
