Include paper size and margins and color changes to the windows 10 OneNote

OneNote 2016 has so many more features than the OneNote Windows 10. Some of these features include the paper size so i can have A4 paper margins for writing. It can also change colors for the grid and ruled lines. These simple features should be included in the Windows 10 OneNote!
