Untie the ropes and remove the plastic wraps covering the pipes. 3. Select 35 pieces of pipes from the bundle, arrange them in the rack, and measure a single pipe. 4. Apply anti-rust oil to the pipes. 5. Inspect and clean each pipe thoroughly. 6. Place the inspected pipes into the rack. 7. Choose another 35 pieces of pipes from the bundle, arrange them in the rack, and measure a single pipe. 8. Apply anti-rust oil to the pipes. 9. Inspect and clean each pipe thoroughly. 10. Place the already inspected pipes into the rack. Repeat this step until all pipes have been inspected. Procedures for Inspection Operation: 1. Employ an indoor overhead crane to precisely position the pipe bundle onto the designated rack, ensuring proper readiness for inspection. 2. Untie the ropes and remove the plastic wraps that cover the pipes. 3. Select 35 pieces of pipes from the bundle. Organize and fit them onto the rack, subsequently measuring each individual pipe. Proceed to examine and clean each pipe thoroughly. 4. Place the completed pipes onto the movable rack for storage.
