There is a known issue with Access Server version 2.10.3. Please upgrade to the latest release and monitor.

    Fixed a bug where OMI communication with OpenVPN daemons could stall.

Trying to test VPN networking in next setup:
OpenVPN Access Server connected to local server with ldap Active directory.
Server have two network adapters -- one for public network, second for private with routes to AD DS services.

When vpn works it may accidentally freezes and stop to create new tunnels and connections, such service stoppages can occur several times a day or the service can work steadily for a week or more without any troubles.

Tried to monitor the status of the service with the zabbix agent. All I managed to understand were the moments when the service was no longer available, no problems were noticed in terms of the load on the server resources (CPU, memory, disk, network)

Also in tty console sometimes got these messages

Server application openvpnas continue to work, as showing systemctl status. And doesnt see any errors. Process not in zombie status.
Application logs in location '/var/log/openvpnas.log' doesnt have any new writes in that time.
Web server doesnt accept connections, also as daemon cant establish any new connections for clients which trying to connect.
All already connected clients doesnt have working network in application.

Which logs or any additional info need to send to troubleshoot this problem.
