There is a known issue with Access Server version 2.10.3. Please upgrade to the latest release and monitor. Fixed a bug where OMI communication with OpenVPN daemons could stall. Upgrade procedure: https://openvpn.net/vpn-server-resources/keeping-openvpn-access-server-updated/ Than you very much. Server have two network adapters -- one for public network, second for private with routes to AD DS services. When vpn works it may accidentally freezes and stop to create new tunnels and connections, such service stoppages can occur several times a day or the service can work steadily for a week or more without any troubles. Tried to monitor the status of the service with the zabbix agent. All I managed to understand were the moments when the service was no longer available, no problems were noticed in terms of the load on the server resources (CPU, memory, disk, network) Also in tty console sometimes got these messages rcu: $0-...!: (2 ticks this GP) idle=0a2/1/0x4000000000000002 softirq=1235821/1235821 fqs=188 rcu: $ (t=8312 jiffies g=2431873 q=357) rcu: rcu_sched kthread starved for 7491 jiffies! g2431873 f0x0 RCU_GP_WAIT_FQS(5) -> state=0x402 ->cpu=2 rcu: RCU grace-period khtread stack dump: Server application openvpnas continue to work, as showing systemctl status. Web server doesnt accept connections, also as daemon cant establish any new connections for clients which trying to connect. All already connected clients doesnt have working network in application. Which logs or any additional info need to send to troubleshoot this problem.
