my IP address is 89.116.170.236 and my hostname (which is resolvable) is server.hostbeacon.com

I hope this can get figured out because im hosting potionsandsnitches.org which is one of the largest harry potter fanfiction sites..... it would just kill me to have to take it offline to do a fresh server install.
