"1. I will ensure that all audit work papers delivered meet the highest quality standards
2. I will take responsibility to coach the new joiners and other Associate 1's in the team
3. i will manage the POD  in the absense of POD Lead to ensure uninterrupted service delivery of high quality work
4.i will Assist my Seniors in improving GDC utilization by identifying/proposing new procedures and service offerings
5. i will make sure to escalate any matters involving client relationship / quality  at the earliest to Seniors
6. i will enhance and update my knowledge about KAEG, Leveraging technology in audit through :
           (1 ) Reading regularly the updates from QMCI team
           (2) Keeping updated with all enhancements to various audit tools/applications as well as gaining proficiency on any newly launched tools/applications 
           (3) Participating and completing all mandatory Learning and Development programs   
           (4) Voluntary participation/enrollment to various Learnings liek linkedin learnings etc."
"1. i will acquire effective working knowledge on the relevant Centralized Suite of Services and CAS service offerings
2. i wil make sure to attend the trainings and complete all focus trainings related to Centralization and CAS service offerings
3. i will be proficient with the scope of Centralized suite of services by logging to ICE portal for getting latest updates
4. i will assist my Seniors with inputs on areas where ET can leverage GDC
5. i will use ICE for updates on all Centralization Sub Services
