Bad Changes to Outlook Toolbar Need Option to Customize

Sometime during the last update to Microsoft Office 365, MS added several new icons to the HOME toolbar (including two for Asana, which I don't use) that have resulted in collapsing other icons I use routinely. Specifically, the "reply" and "junk" icons now take several steps to activate, which is really annoying.
