The government is launching a new initiative that consolidates various public services into a single location, which will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim tomorrow in Putrajaya. The project will begin with kiosks at two selected high-traffic locations: Alamanda Putrajaya and Kelana Jaya. According to Mohamad Khalid, head of the Madani Monitoring Division of the Prime Minister's Department, the first phase will include services from six agencies: the Road Transport Department (JPJ), Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Post Malaysia, Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), MyDigital ID, and the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). This "Sentuhan Madani" kiosk aims to streamline services and make them more accessible to the public.
