I have a few questions that i would like to have clarified.
The context of the questions is that a server and the staff of said server are doing the things in question.



Terms of Service
Under the section technical misuse, could you please tell me what kind of ways that would fit within that definition? like for example if a person tries to steal a device that contain the source code for one of facepunches video games.

In the cheating section, would the cheats such as spyware and extraction tools listed in this section still be in breach of the terms of service if a server is using them agianst their players?

In the conduct section, what would fit under "invasive of the privacy of another person"?



Code of conduct
In personal information, would sharing images of things a certain person owns also be considered personal information if they contain something that allows people to find the person in the real world, like an image of their car with the license plate fully showing, or an image of their house that is very distinct and also dislays things such as what street it is at, or the name of the city?
Would the same apply to pictures of the person themselves?


Modding guidelines and community server rules
In the section don't be a dick would a server using lua to display an image on a players screen as if they are viewing an image file directly be seen as illegal if the image itself is of a questionable nature? and would other kind of things like that be considered illegal if they do something similar with questionable material?

And what kind of rights of other people specifically are covered in this section?



And lastly i would like to ask what exactly happens to a server that is found breaking these guidelines? i dont think i saw anything about that in the rules
