Jason does great work in the lab. He is extremely smart and reliable. His brain research has opened doors into perception in older adults. I have personally seen his work with my parents, who are both getting a little old to be driving themselves around town. Jason's vision-based approach uses wearable devices that help seniors see better in their own homes. He graduate from college! I love doing this kind of work because it is so rewarding on so many levels. My students learn about real world problems and solutions, and they get paid for it! They also get to come up with some pretty cool ideas, like using virtual reality as therapy for people with disabilities.
