Director of the Prime Minister’s Office Madani Oversight Unit, Mohamad Khalid, stated that the kiosk consolidates over 90 services offered by six different government agencies and companies. He mentioned that these services are provided by the Road Transport Department (JPJ), Pos Malaysia, the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), the Employees Provident Fund (EPF), and MyDigitalID. "The core idea behind this initiative is to centralize the services provided by government agencies and private companies in one location to offer convenience to the public," he said. Speaking after inspecting the readiness of the kiosk today, Mohamad Khalid highlighted that the establishment of the Touchpoint Madani Kiosk is one of the measures outlined in the 2025 Budget, proposed by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, to deliver quick and efficient services to the public. Anwar will personally officiate the launch of the Touchpoint Madani Kiosk and review the preparations this Thursday at 3 PM. Previously, Anwar announced plans to install the Touchpoint Madani Kiosks at 38 strategic locations, such as shopping malls, enabling the public to conveniently handle government-related matters after working hours.
