**NOA Network Guidelines**


Welcome to the NOA Network, where various Discord servers collaborate under a shared purpose. To ensure a cohesive and respectful community, all servers within the NOA Network must adhere to the following guidelines:

**1. No NSFW Content**
   - Absolutely no NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content or discussions are allowed within any server affiliated with the NOA Network.
   - This includes explicit images, adult content, or any discussions of an explicit nature.

**2. Respect and Inclusivity**
   - Promote a respectful and inclusive atmosphere within your server.
   - Encourage all members to treat each other with respect, regardless of their background, identity, or beliefs.
   - Prohibit discriminatory language, hate speech, or harassment of any kind.

**3. Server-Specific Rules**
   - Each server within the NOA Network may have its own specific rules and guidelines.
   - Ensure that your server's rules align with the NOA Network's overarching principles and guidelines.

**4. Spam and Self-Promotion**
   - Discourage spam, flooding, or excessive self-promotion within your server.
   - If self-promotion is allowed, designate specific channels for it to maintain a focused environment.

**5. Privacy and Safety**
   - Encourage members to respect each other's privacy and avoid sharing personal information without consent.
   - Establish a reporting system for members to report suspicious or harmful behavior to server moderators or administrators.

**6. Moderation Decisions**
   - Ensure that your server's moderators enforce these guidelines consistently and fairly.
   - Consider the well-being of the broader NOA Network community when making moderation decisions.
   - Make sure your server has at least 1 staff member
**7. Compliance with Discord's TOS and Applicable Laws**
   - All servers within the NOA Network must adhere to Discord's Terms of Service (TOS) and any other relevant guidelines and laws that govern the use of the Discord platform.
   - This includes but is not limited to compliance with Discord's Community Guidelines and the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
   - Any violations of Discord's TOS or legal requirements may result in consequences for your server within the NOA Network.
**8. 1 Week Stay**
   - All servers must not leave within the first week of joining
