we want to upload our doctor patient project name sehat sathi in git hub so for that please provide the content for readme.md file.our project basically about our project name is sehat saathi which solves the problems like waiting time,efficiency  of system, we have three stakeholders doctor patient and admin ,if a patient is new user then he registers and provides his symptoms along with images if any  ,if patient is existing then he provides his current symptoms,now the info is transferred to ai model llama and this model process data and predicts the disease of patient now this prediction is given to doctor ,doctor confirms the disease and using his expertise he writes diagnosis,medicines to patient,now when writing medicines,some medicines can mix-up to reaction  to patient so here our model detects that medicine conflict by considering current symptoms and previous reports of patient and if any conflicts raises then the model alerts doctor and suggest for alternative medicines this project also solves the problem ,pre-identification of rigorous diseases like cervical,breast cancer,tuberculosis,etc.
