This is obviously endgame bow. I have several builds planned out and the materials to trait it out immediately. I will continue to show up to every boss/event and use this to stay on top to keep eclipse in the guild.(im so far in first its silly) 🫡

Since we are talking about loots. I want to speak up my feeling as well.

Me as a healer will “nvr” get my hands on these Archboss weapons… I want Tevents Wand so bad, but there is 5 ppl who can use it better than I can. Unless I go full Dps…. 

And for Staff? Yah there is 5-7 ppl wants it as well… it’s really frustrating to play as a healer, there’s no rewards. Maybe other healers will agree

Sometime I just want to roll to another class😩 . But then we will lose one healer … We all know how important healers in this game. 

I wish there’s something to keep us exciting to play as healers, and in my opinion Tevents Wand would do it. Cursed explosion is so broken with it …

I agree that Sarah is a top choice given there contribution. But if the there is a process that we are being told is followed with how they make a decision. Then asking a simple question of who the runner ups were should be an easy thing to answer. Look at the list of check marks the panel would have made beside each person's name, look and see who got the second most 'concideration', who got the third most consideration.
If there was no check marks beside anyone else's name then it's the panel of judges really considering applications?

Quick announcement regarding loot:

We as loot council felt that the decision making process for item distribution could have largely been inferred from our previous announcements and decisions. However, since many new players have joined us we have decided be a bit more transparent into the primary guidelines we have been considering:

overall increase in value for the zerg
overall increase in value for the individual: breakpoints, build viability
individuals contribution (dailies, off-timer world bosses, dynamic events, etc)
attendance to the event that dropped the item (if an item is dropped, consideration would be given to those that attended the event)
attendance and performance at mandatory events (siege, arc-boss, boonstone, riftstone)
another reminder to record your vods, and post your clips if possible!
how long has the person been in the guild, and how long since they have received an item

Loot council is made up of members who place different values on different aspects on the game and the guild, but each member holds equal weight in the decision making process. Loot-council aims to balance the short-term and long-term goals of the guild.

I think the main issue is that you guys are expecting something without providing anything to differentiate you from anyone else. Every single bow can say they're hitting a breakpoint or it's their bis, but how are you the individual, valuing yourself in that situation? Sarah for instance can say that he grinds the hell out of the game and has eclipse which benefits the whole guild as well as himself. It provides his motivation for continuing to play the game. You have to provide some sort of reference material or it genuinely will be up to perceived skill level based off of statistics. If you can't provide a vod, try and find a clip. If you can't find a clip, write out a fucking essay on why you believe you should get it. At the end of the day there's really no way for anyone to evaluate you better than yourself.

I can fully understand both sides of the argument, ultimately I have to agree with loot council with suggestions. Running a guild isnt simple its honestly a full time job and making a decision of a BIS item with multiple people comes at a cost. The person who should get it is the person who puts in the most contribution, shows up to all events and participate in vc's or shit like that. But it's NOT just participation it should be based off of performance. I dont think anyone can disagree with Sarah getting the bow because he is quite literally the best right now in the server in terms of his role. Where I DO agree with the other side is being left out but you have to ask yourself if YOU are putting the work in as much as Sarah has, if Yes then Okay i'll understand your frustration so what my suggestion is to loot council, it doesnt have to be all items but items such as Tevent bow should make an event on discord where everyone can join but muted automatically, except loot council they can talk about WHO should get it so that way everyone can see how and why said person gets the loot.
To be honest no one should be blaming each other right now, both sides are valid and both sides doesnt have to be perfect. Just explain your fustrations and move on with it.
